I just received this kettle to replace another gooseneck kettle I had for pour-over coffee, which lasted about a year. Unfortunately, this one doesn’t seem like an upgrade. The base is significantly larger than my old kettle—even though my old one had a higher capacity—and it feels bulky and awkward.The build quality is questionable. When I turn the knob to set the temperature, it makes a grinding sound and the entire display unit wobbles left and right, giving the impression it might fall apart with use. It definitely doesn’t feel smooth or well-built.It’s working for now, but based on how flimsy it feels, I have serious doubts about its longevity. I was misled by all the great reviews in Amazon—this kettle just doesn’t live up to the reviews.

The Kettle is easy to use and heats water quickly. You can choose the exact temperature you want, which is great for tea or coffee. It holds 0.9 liters and can keep the water warm for 24 hours. It also turns off by itself to stay safe. It comes with 50 coffee filters, which is a nice extra.

We really liked the kettle. It worked fast, had a non-obtrusive beep to let you know when the water was done, and the dial to adjust the temperature was super convenient. My only complaints were that the washer for the top lid handle rusted out and we had to replace the washer holding it on, and then the whole thing broke after two years and wouldn’t turn on anymore. If it had lasted longer, I would’ve given it a five star review because it was such a pleasure to use!

I really like this one, after 6 other types I ordered. The control panel in this one is very nice. It has pre set temperatures for drinks so you don’t have to remember them but also by the degree. For stars only because the cable is short and the brand letter in the kettle are not pretty at all

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I don’t have any complaints about this. The temp might not be perfect to the degree, but for the price it’s great. And it doesn’t have an annoying beep like others I’ve tried.
