Great product! Definitely recommend
I have enjoyed this product so much, in the shor three days of using it I can tell a difference in my breathing. Not only is it retraining my breathing during workouts it is definitely strengthening the diaphragm. I also love that it comes with a case as I hope to not lose it as I lost a different one but that was not as effective as this product. Excellent customer service!

Good, simple product
Quality is good. Simple to use. I expect this product will enhance my cardio training with very little added effort.

Make sure you wash after every use
This is okay, but it doesn’t beat doing your own breathing having been taught by physiotherapist. I also believe that this device can attract many bugs if it’s not kept clean and dry.

Breathing trainer
I started using my breathing trainer as soon as it got here. So far I haven't had any issues, I use it to help lung capacity during working and also to focus breathing while meditating.

Opinion
Did nothing for me and had issues with the rubber piece because it wasn’t tight enough around the plastic piece, so air would leak out making it not work properly!
