This is our second time purchasing and myself, my husband, and my daughter (going through puberty) are using them. My husband and daughter are taking it out of the capsule and pouring into their tea as they struggle to swallow pills bigger than an ibuprofen but the effects are still great. I swallow it daily with no issue.We've all noticed decreased body odors and I have noticed my body seems to be processing digested foods more efficiently which is a nice surprise.
