Yes, it's oil free. It does have a silicone base but it doesn't make my skin greasy or clog my pores at all.

I don’t see an SPF on mine. I believe since it being a primer it doesn’t have SPF.

Does this blur brown spots/sun spots?

I haven't found anything that totally blurs brown spots....and believe me I have tried! However, this product works better than most.
