Q: What size wire is recommended for use with these plugs? I have been using Cat 6A UTP 23AWG wire with these and the wire looks too small.

I wired a 150,000 sq ft facility with CableMatters CAT 6A 23AWG shielded wire and they were definitely fit snugly with these plugs. I'm guessing that the extra sheilding in the cable had something to do with it. All in all though, I've had absolutely no problems with them. It takes a few times of practice to get good at terminating these ends. Let me know if you have further questions as I've used quite a bit of this Cable and Plugs.

Q: Will the plugs accomodate cat6 23awg stp wire, ive tried alot of other plugs and nothing seems to work for me, will this?

I couldn't get them to work for me. There must be some trick to them to rock them into place, but I haven't found it. I gave up after destroying about 4 of them. I ended up just using a keystone cat6a jack and punched them down and then bought cat6a cables. Much cheaper than taking any more time trying to make these work. Good luck to you.

Q: I just opened a new pack I bought a couple of months ago and immediately lost the load bars. Any way to buy just the load bars?

Q: Will these work with cat6a utp (unshielded cable)? i've recently purchased these, and out of 3 cables and many retries, only one works for gigabit
