This set is so nice! I gave it to my husband for Christmas. He used it while our four adult sons were home for the holidays. All the guys enjoyed Dad's new toy. The variety of flavors is nice. The little "gun" did a great job igniting the chips. The barrel which holds everything is very cute and functional. I would definitely purchase this again. It's of high enough quality, you'll feel good giving this as a gift.

The barrel is cute so I’m keeping it but I was really disappointed with the quality. The wood is thin and brittle, the hinges are very cheaply made and will only open so far unlike the photo. This is a Christmas gift so I can’t speak yet for how it works. The case was the only reason I chose this set. Very disappointed !

This was a Christmas gift, and my 67 year old dad was all giddy like a kid on Christmas morning when he opened this. It's so nice just looking at it! The wooden barrel looks just like a whiskey barrel, and it functions as a nifty storage container too. This is the perfect gift set for any guy. My husband wanted it for himself after seeing it. The video on the product page shows how easy it is to use. It's definitely a great value for the money because we used to live on the border of KY and TN, and whiskey and bourbon distilleries are a huge attraction in both states, and these types of kits were always shown at trade shows and stuff like that. It's a huge hit!
