Don’t waste your money!
My aging parents bought this bike because they still want to ride. They asked me to put it together… I am a life long facilities mechanic and this should have been the easiest thing I’ve done in weeks, but it wasn’t!!!I don’t know where to start! It was poorly packed and the first thing I noticed was loose screws in the bottom of the box and bent sheet metal parts when I removed the pieces! Next up… the directions! I read them completely and they were for a similar bike, but not this one!! When I got to connecting the chain, it was one link short and you couldn’t adjust the two frame pieces any closer, as they were butting up against each other. Two stores later, I made my own chain and I’m back to the build. It didn’t get better… the fender brackets rubbed, the rear brake didn’t work, the basket on the front didn’t clamp… I could go on forever, by I won’t! This was the worst thing I’ve ever built! They shouldn’t be in business! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!They should be ashamed of this product

The bike was great but we couldn’t store it or take it with us.Amazon was great either way delivery and return!

The bike is great, but the instructions are not accurate in assembly.

Missing parts
I got my bike on time but there was missing pieces. It was also pretty hard to assemble.They didn't provide the correct equipment for the bike, and that I had to take a brand new bike to a bike shop for repair.
