Took the plunge and bought this after researching and looking at cheaper ones. This is a really sturdy machine, it makes wonderful swirly ice cream in about 40/50 minutes, very easy to clean after use as it has a clean function. It’s heavy to move so I suggest finding a place for it and not moving it too much. Very happy I bought this.

Love that you can just pour in the ice cream concentrate or your homemade mix and 50 minutes later, you have perfect mr whippy ice cream. And when you’ve used it up, you can pour in more and start again.Cleaning is a bit time consuming, but easy enough. Pour in a litre of hot water, press the clean button and the 10 minute cycle begins.Repeat 4 or 5 times. Strip down, clean the parts, which are already clean really, due to the cycles, dry and reassemble. All quite easy.It is quite loud, but who really cares? Well designed and easy to use.

Great product to have soft ice cream almost as you want it. Definitely worth buying the ice cream mix with the product. Takes 40-50 mins from a standing start to make ice cream but good for 3+ hours after. A little noisy and wish there was some way of seeing how much ice cream is inside.

Great machine. You do not have to freeze the mix and it's ready in under 40 minutes. The Jersey ice cream mix is lovely. Quite large but ythatsvtge freezer part to cool etc. No pre cooling needed.

I'm disappointed with the ice cream maker as the rubber seal is missing and it was leaking everywhere

Great machine easy to use. Would recommend any one for home use. Cleaning easy just time consuming. Machine came fast waited ages for the ice cream mix
