It's been so long since I tasted this (trust me, American apple sauce doesn't even come close) that as soon as it arrived, I opened the jar and tasted it. Just that in itself made me want to go and do a roast pork dinner!

Best apples
This is the best applesauce I've ever had. I first had it in London a few years ago. Very hard to find in the US so I just order it online. It's pricey here (not in England) but one of my guilty secrets.

Should be described as apple preserves and not apple sauce.
Too expensive for the size of the jar. About 4 oz jar. Too sweet for me. I think it should be called apple preserves, not apple sauce.
