Broke within days, no support
I got this NYE and it broke 3 days later. It was just hanging from my purse and my husband noticed that the entire middle piece (the time turner) had fallen out and is missing. The customer support website for this is hp.com… as in the computer company. What a joke.

Poor Ordering
Smaller then expected. Can't tell when the hourglass runs out. Seems very fragile.

Broke on the first fall but still love it
So of course it fell on the very first day and broke… It’s still so pretty. I managed to glue it back together and it seems to be holding. It’s really pretty and the details are beautiful but it’s not very sturdy.

Really spins!!!
This is adorable. It spins on each axis and sand drops inside hourglass. Now if it only allowed ME to be in several places at once!!!

It broke.
I broke within a week of having it. I was so disappointed when I pulled it out of my pocket and it was in several pieces. It was broken past the point of being fixable. This is especially disappointing with how much I paid for it!
