I used this outside seems ok so far only used beginning of feb 2021

Could this be used on wood fence panels?

It could. Remember this is a sealant, not a glue. Personally I wouldn't seal fence panels. Allowing some wind to blow through helps them from not blowing down.

What do people use to cut the top off? i always struggle with these! sorry if silly question to those with the diy know-how!

Hi, A strong pair of kitchen scissors, or garden pruners will do the job.

Do you stock this on clear as the description says white.

They certainly make it in clear. I have bought and used both. They are excellent sealants.
