Works great just a few minor issues
Overall this is a fantastic dispenser/cutter. I am using it for book jacket covers and it cuts the plastic covers easily. There are only 2 minor issues I have found with this dispenser, the first is the legs don't lock into place so when it was first moved the whole thing collapsed. The second issue is trying to feed the paper under the cutting bar. There is a channel for the cutting blade cut into the base and the paper keeps catching in the channel when attempting to feed it through. While you can raise the cutting bar to feed the paper it does not go high enough, If the cutting bar could be raised just a 1/4" more it would be so much easier get the paper through. Overall highly recommended just know that it can be annoying when the paper gets caught trying to feed it through.
