I've been buying this regularly now. It has the highest dosage for the price and usually comes next day. I know Lion's Mane works because when I take it, I have much more vivid dreams with interesting plotlines that I'll remember after waking. I've even started taking it at night time, and looking forward to the night's entertainment.They say you store away the day's memories while dreaming. I do feel like I'm more my old self. Using this along with Prevagen has really made a difference.

I was amazed that something so simple could make youmore conscience of what was happening around you. Memory and perception seem highly improved. I take one every 30 hours or so. Less than recommended dosage. But if you already have a healthy living standard, not needed as much.

I have been using it for a while now and feel like I notice a slight difference in my mood and focus but I am unsure if its actually doing something or I put it in my head it would do it. I did try it on my husband and he says he notices a huge difference with his memory and focus at work. I may need a higher dose but I have ADHD so I got them to see if it would help but I don't notice much with myself but my husband feels a huge difference so I gave them a 4 out of 5 since he had great reviews for it. It it is a decent price and we will continue to order since he is noticing a difference. Overall, we will continue to purchase.

I am a huge fan of Lion's Mane and in my area it is sometimes hard to find on the shelf in any grocery store. There is only one that I know of that does carry it, but it's a little drive aways so it's not always convenient to get to. Also on top of that the store often sells out, so it's a hit or miss when trying to obtain the actual fruiting body of Lion's Mane mushroom. This is where this product shines. I have to say that the potency of this is probably one of the best that I've seen in a Lion's Mane in supplement form, and probably the better quality in packaging and overall product quality. On top of that, this product is very affordable!The capsules are easy to get down, granted I do better with drinking them down with a mouthful of water. They really deliver the noticeable benefits that Lion's Mane has to offer with the touted focus that I don't always maintain due to my forgetful and distracted nature.So far these are excellent. These are an "Extract" so they claim that a serving (2 capsules) is equivalent to 10,000 mg of the actual mushroom. Hard to say if that is accurate, but I do know these are good.
