This style only comes in One Size, Plus Size. So I guess Plus size will work best if she has thick thighs. Thanks,Rose

It has been a while but if I remember it comes in the normal Amazon packaging with nothing stating what is inside. It would be a little poly mailer like a 4x6 size.

Good question I’m about 210 but I’m 6 foot and my legs are slender but my thighs are thicker Ofcourse. I think you’ll be ok but they will be extra long because they go way above my knees. Hope that helps!
