Butchers knife set
I got this for my Son's Birthday. He worked in a butcher shop during college, and loves to cook. The knives look like great quality and as a set looks like it will cover all his carving, cutting, trimming, and chopping needs.

Great carving knives
We recently bought a smoker and my husband mentioned that he really wanted to slowly upgrade our knives for the meat he ended up carving. These were a great start. He needed a sharp knife or two to make his job easier and these fit the bill.

High maintenance
They come sharp but don't stay sharp after a few uses. They came a little rusty and can rust up pretty fast so make sure you always dry them immediately after use. I would say definitely not a beginner knife set. They take a lot of care. They look great but not worth this price.
