Phone arrived in almost new condition. I couldn't find any scratches anywhere. The product title did say that it comes with a fast charger but like others have stated it doesn't come with the phone, I got just a USB c to USB c cable. I am a huge Pixel fan and has been my go to phone since the Pixel 3. One of the biggest reasons is the camera and the call screening for the spam calls. I was waiting for the Pixel 10 but ended up dropping my Pixel 8 Pro and damaging the screen. So far the Pixel 9 Pro XL has been worth the upgrade. Also, I did get the ability to get Gemini Advanced for free for a year even though this is a refurbished phone. Good luck!

So glad I took a chance on an unboxed phone. I love the photo options on the Pixel 9 Pro. I wanted to get back to a native Google phone after getting a Samsung 20 FE previously for the camera quality. I also think it's a great value to have OS patching support directly from Google, and this phone will be supported longer than a similar Samsung model.

Pixel 9 Pro XL had two shallow scratches on screen that are not visible with screen protector on. Rest of phone in excellent condition. Satisfied with product and delivery even though the Amazon description of "excellent" claims "no scratches on screen"

Had nothing but issues with the phone since the day it arrived... screen wouldn't respond to touch near the corners and edges then response to touch was slow and after a few weeks screen completely went out for no reason... Seller was great about returning the phone and giving me a refund and responded very quickly

Bought refurbished for $300 less than retail. I checked the battery, it had only 3 charge cycles since it was built, so the phone was basically brand new, Excellent condition.I had a Pixel 7, this is a nice upgrade, but part of me expected more. The zoom camera is good, but this super zoom is nothing to write home about. In the end, most of the time it will look like something that was drawn with crayons. Also if you use the selfie camera in WhatsApp in low light there is pixelation noise in the video that I don't really remember seeing in Pixel 7. This may be due to the increased resolution in the new selfie sensor. More resolution means more but smaller "eyes" to gather light. In good light the selfie is great.Overall Pixel is about the overall experience and the operating feature, AI, Camera, etc. As a complete package it is a great phone.

This is the best phone I've ever purchased. I bought 2 of them after researching just about every cell phone sold on Amazon and Walmart.I have been an owner of Samsung phones for over 25 years. I just got sick of all of the BLOATWARE on the Samsung phones. It's amazing how a clean version of Android is so much better than any of the other phone manufacturers!The Pixel is so much faster, smoother and sleeker than Samsung phones.Storage is amazing since you don't have any proprietary software on your phone, including the stuff your carrier puts on the phone on top of Samsung.

I came from a Galaxy S21. I love this phone! It's virtually free of the gigabytes of crapware that Samsung preloads on their phones (that you can't remove without rooting the phone). And I love being first in line for the Google/Android OS security and feature updates. Great camera and image quality.
