Recibí la cafetera portátil a tiempo y funciono adecuadamente los primeros tres usos (una vez por semana). Pero luego dejo de funcionar, parece que la batería no llega a cargarse suficientemente para hacer funcionar el equipo. Recargue la batería en múltiples ocasiones esperando que volviera a funcionar adecuadamente, pero solo inicia el ciclo hasta llegar el momento de dispensar el café y entonces de repente se agota la batería y se apaga. Realmente estoy decepcionado de este producto que compre con tanta esperanza, pues soy un gran bebedor de café. Si hubiera una opción de darle un cero lo haría. La ventana de devolución se ha cerrado y no se que mas hacer...

I liked the size and the look of the machine. It is very visually appealing and would look nice setting on a counter. It is small enough to be easily stored in the cabinet. I bought it to use with the pods but I love that it comes with all the pieces to be able to use ground coffee. It charges easily and makes at least 4 brews before needing to be charged again. I had 2 main issues with it. First is that if you want to make 2 brews, one to share with a partner or to have a bigger cup on your own there is a long amount of time waiting for the second brew. The first one is all cooled off by the time you complete the second one. Not a great coffee toy for couples. Most importantly, the expresso brewed is not all that good. I was really disappointed. It doesn't even come close. It is like drinking instant coffee when you go camping. It is better than nothing at all but not as good as home brewed. Ultimately I returned it because the expresso made was not worth the price of the machine.

easy to use and you can take it anywhere and saves so much money from buying at starbucks

It worked fine for about a week after I got it, but after leaving it unused on the shelf for a couple of weeks, it stopped dispensing water. I had to bang it a few times just to get the water flowing again. Definitely not the reliability I expected.

Once I figured out how to work it through trial and error (wasted 6 pods doing this) due to poor directions, it had ended up being a lifesaver on business trips when the hotel does not provide a coffee maker in my room.

The media could not be loaded. I loved the fact that it had a built in heater I did a double pull on a k cup pod and made a delicious latte this will be primarily used on hikes and camping so glad I don't have to bust out the camping stove set it up connect the propane get a pot and heat water all for a cup of coffee this eliminates all of that I would recomend k cup pods for best quality but would also work with ground coffee just a bit more cleanup I will also be trying instant coffee I'm curious about that because essentially it's a portable water boiler with a pressurized pump does a great job of forcing water through the k cups water heats up extremely quickly. pattern on unit is pretty cool as well seems pretty durable. All parts can be disassembled to be cleaned i have been doing an extract without any coffee to make cleaning the chamber easier and remove any coffee smells.
