Good value for money, very comfortable and stylish chair, can set higher or lower and tilt back and forth, has leg rest as well which is not very common in others, very happy with purchase and happy to recommend

UPDATE: I contacted support, and they refunded me partially for purchasing the correct screws independently. Bumped up the stars as they were entirely empathic and supportive.TLDR; Wrong instructions provided, did not give enough screws. Not a first choice for the price.When receiving the product, I opened it up to find that they had sent me the correct model, however they did not provide enough parts for the product. I had to personally find and locate the correct screws to finish the build.They also provided the wrong instruction manual, and they FORCE you to enable your warranty via email to even attempt to access the correct video for installation of screws.It's comfortable, it is sturdy, and the quality is pretty neat, fits a standard desk.

Cannot recommend gettingthis chair enough, the companyReally know how to packagethings properly- there wasenough space in the box foreverything but no wasted space.The screws came in their ownclearly marked container, andthe instructions not only came inpaper form but were clearlymarked with everything youshould have and were very easyto follow.The chair itself is verycomfortable to use, and thelumbar support is great forsitting for any length of time. Itfeels sturdy and like it will lasttoo. Would definitely get fromthis company again.
