Can you wear with tights?

Yes I do, as the gel cushions are stuck to the inside sole of shoes they work just as well for me when wearing tights as they do without. No foot burn on the balls of my feet when I use them! Heaven.

Do these help with sweaty feet on open toes heels? Do they stop the feet from sliding?

These are silicone so they are good for sweaty feet. However, when feet get hot they swell so be aware of this. Also as they are silicone they help with slipping.

Are they peel and stick to the inside sole

Yeah they are. They grip well as well without crumpling and just peel back off as they’re silicone

Is this reusable? Will it damage the sole after remove it?

you can remove ( carefully) from one shoe to another a couple of times. the more you move the less sticky it becomes
