We love are new sectional! 6 for the 8 packages arrived two days early. The 7th the next day and the last one which was the ottoman arrived on the third day. Was very easy to assemble. I had to contact their customer service, cause I was afraid the one package wasn’t going to come. They were very nice and courteous, even called the day that it arrived to make sure it arrived. Answered all my questions. All my concerns. I did notice one thing and I didn’t when I talked to them on the phone. My ottoman came with the brackets to attach to the sectional and ottoman has holes for the brackets, but none of the couch pieces have the holes for the brackets. One thing that I did bring up to them is a couple of our cushions. I don’t know if it was due to packaging or what, but they seem like they had uneven spots in them like they were folding up on the outside I contacted them as I stated above, and they were more than willing to replace those cushions.

This is not a $5,000 couch. But in all honesty, I have owned 5k couches before and this has better features. I don't know how long the couch will last as I have just received it, but I know, that its built quite sturdy and I love the storage. I also love that it's modular. Other options for simlar products run around 7-8 grand minimum. Try this one first, you'll be happy you did. It's pretty comfortable, the storage is excellent. the build quality is pretty darn good, and it's pretty easy to scotch guard for cleaning purposes. It's quite heavy and will most likely require two people when assembling. The couch height could be a concern for people with poor leg strength but overall, it's darn nice!!!

I really really want to love this couch but I absolutely hate it. I've had it for two days and it is soo uncomfortable. I read dimensions of seating, all sorts of the reviews hoping for the best and now I'm so upset I wasted money on this couch. We had an oversized couch before so I knew it would be smaller and take some getting used to but the seating is sooo small. There is no way of getting comfy on this couch. Im debating if it would worth my money to buy a pull out section for more leg room but then again this couch is very uncomfortable and I do not want to waste more money on something I already hate. The few good things I can say I love love love the storage. The color is very nice and I really like the fabric. The cup holders are nice as well. But I need a couch I can relax on, not have to keep changing positions because it is making my back hurt. I'm not even 5'2 and need a pillow behind my head so it's not against the wall. It feels like a waiting room couch. I'm so sad about hating this couch so much.

Sturdiness of this beauty is A+! I got the 8 seater & really it’s only a 6 seater but they count the ottomans which is fine! Easy assemble but I do recommend 2 people. Value of money is great! The storage is beyond amazing! We were able to fit 2 throws in each ottoman, board games in the doubles & more! We still don’t know what we will do with the extra storage.I’m 5’10” & the back of the couch is slightly shorter than my old one but it doesn’t bother me any. If you’re wanting something to lean back in though, get yourself a recliner.Shipping is amazing! The seller reached out to me the day after I purchased it & let me know if have 8 packages, sent me all the tracking numbers. I wasn’t suppose to get any of it for almost 2 weeks. I got 2 packages in 4 days, 4 packages 2 days later & my last 2 packages 3 days later! I received the final packages 4-6 days early. I put it together as it came in too! Cushions say to give 48hrs to air out, once they do, they’re comfy!Highly recommend this couch! I don’t leave reviews but I noticed this one needed more so I wanted to raise awareness on what an awesome affordable deal this is!

I bought this for my recently built home. The 8 seater was exactly as described. Excellent quality fit perfectly in my new home. Came in 2 shipments shipped quickly. Easy to assemble and position in my living room. Price was very fair I am super happy. Even if this lasts only a couple of years, for the price it is well worth it. Most relative sofas cost 3x the price and do not last long so this is worth it to me. Thank you very much!

Received and put together this afternoon. Got dark gray 8 seater. Has a blue tint to it but I absolutely love the color. It is very comfortable. Easy to assemble over all. Directions are pretty confusing but pretty easy to figure out. My only complaint is that the backs are very low. My kids are 4ft tall and their heads are above the backs. My husband is over 6ft and it looks like he’s sitting on a play couch which also makes it uncomfortable for him.
