While I haven't noticed much of an affect after taking these for about a month I have been feeling pretty good during this time, so these may be helping. I haven't noticed any negative effects nor any digestive issues.I love the ingredients and that they are third party tested and made in a GMP certified facility.The one downside is that they should be taken on an empty stomach. This is an easy to take supplement with i gradients that eliminates several of my regular supplements because it has it all in 1. I really like that it is 2 capsules daily. Easy to take and I have had no adverse reactions. Since I was taking most of these ingredients separately before trying this, I can only attest to the fact that I have not noticed any lack of results compared to taking them separately.
