Item arrived well packaged in nice case. However, nearly impossible to find out how to charge the batteries. No mention of it at all in the manual. In the end manage to charge it but then the unit only showed a red light and did not work. After five minutes wait it suddenly sprang to life but then died again after a minute or two. Have returned it.

OK but you need to use their hose attachments.
Found the my hose lock fittings kept coming off. Meant that needed to use theirs which meant I could not use my other hose attachments. And mains hose would not shut off unless you used their connection. Pressure OK and does rince the soap off. Case is good making easy storage.

No it is not as good as we hoped but does some jobs that we will use it for

No wasn't happy with this item it looks good but unfortunately water gets onto the battery so I wasn't happy and battery would not recharge

Disappointed
This jet wash is not very powerful at all, if you are wanting it to clean patio’s and such, don’t bother as it wouldn’t take the skin off a rice pudding.
