This printer is awesome!! It was so easy to set up and literally started printing in less than 10 min. It's definitely great for kids my 10 year old learned how to use it very quickly and the app that goes with it has so much on it. Absolutely worth every penny!!

Do not waste your money. Put the money you would spend on this and buy a real industrial one for 200$ more. It keeps getting stuck and we have to redo creations. You can only make items within a certain size because it does not lift high enough so many of the choices in the online catalog are not doable. It makes flat items perfectly.

Perfect starter printer! Fun seeing the kid bring her imagination to life. Software is extremely easy to use.

We ordered a 3d printer for my son for his big Christmas gift. The item arrived however it did not work properly. The only way to attempt fix it is by using there on line help which involves you taking the product apart and attempting to re-seat the SD card inside. We did this and it still did not resolve the issue. Eventually we contacted Toybox through email and after several weeks they replied and sent us a prepaid UPS sticker to send the item back to them. We sent the item back and it has been over a month and we still have not received our new package. I have sent them several emails asking for an update and they have all gone unanswered. They do not even have a telephone number to call where to actually speak with someone in person. Everything is done through email. I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of customer service they provide. My recommendation would be to stay as far away from this company as possible.

I have nothing bad to say about the product, it's small, compact, easy to use but for what it is the price truly is outrageous. My son liked it. I returned it because I found a cheaper version.

I got this for my 11 year old son for Christmas and he loves it. It’s very easy to get started. It comes assembled and ready to go. There’s so much you can print and so easy. You just go to the app, choose what you want to print, insert the color of printer food you want to use, then press print. So easy!

The 3D printer worked great until the nozzle clogged. Judging by on-line comments clogging happens fairly often. A wire having the diameter of the nozzle interior should be provided with the printer.

Used it less than a month, and the baseplate didn't hold up. There aren't replacement parts, or upgradable baseplates, the calibration seems off even though I keep recalibrating it, and the heat isn't consistent enough during the printing process. It makes the prints fall apart because the filament doesn't adhere to itself.Big waste.
