Feels like quality
Seems to be well made and secure. Only thing I don't like is once you buy one Ledger they seem to keep advertising newer models in the app. Why you need to upgrade or have more than one I have no idea.

It's nice product and very nice to use. My only criticism is that you can only sell Bitcoin from the ledger. All other crypto has to be transferred to sell and there is a fee. Probanly best to keep all crypto on a exchange that allows crypto sales to normal currency.
