Ever since opening the well packed box, i noticed very minimal wear, it looked like all it has done was sit on a shelf. Laptop arrived quickly and in great condition. Everything so far has been working great and have not noticed anything wrong with this laptop besides the battery. It came completely dead which is pretty much a given, but the battery doesn't hold life very long from 100%, just browsing youtube and the web drained completely in 20 minutes. Overall I would recommend this product for this price. It may be outdated, but lets be honest unless your running hardcore applications like photoshop, etc... then you have nothing to worry about. Start-up is quick.

Ordered a Macbook Pro. It arrived with CD/DVD player/burner not working. Tried calling "Electronic Deals," and all you get is busy signal. Never again dealing with them.

LOVE this laptop - intelligently designed and packed with features. Yes, it's a bit heavier than other similarly sized laptops and yes, it takes a couple minutes or so to load but neither of those issues changes my appreciation. Firstly, it feels solid to me, it's well-made with good materials, and has features windows-based manufacturers would do well to emulate. For example, the magnetic power cord receptacle - really? THAT feature alone would impress as in the contact on the cord attaches magnetically to the laptop instead of those pin and socket approaches that inevitably loosen or break over time, requiring costly repair. Oh, and a backlit keyboard? AWESOME! Being one whose muse frequently visits in the night, I love to write at that hour and am able to use low ambient light in the room as the keyboard is pleasantly lit up without being overpowering. The Mac universe in computers is new to me and, as I've had iPads from the first generation to my new iPad Pro, I'm somewhat familiar with Safari and the general Apple approach to things electronic. Bottom line: expensive if purchased new but an AWESOME BUY if purchased certified or factory refurbished. Oh, and less frequently attacked by bottom feeder hackers than the Windows-based laptops so I heartily recommend the Mac Pro 13.3" laptop...

Fair price , but beware that the MacBooks are used , so there are scratches and blemishes on the laptop

The power cord that came with product ended up being dead. These cords cost a lot of money. I’m frustrated that I can’t even charge and use the computer until I get a new cord. There is no way to contact the seller about this.

I have an iMac, an iPhone, an iPad, an iPod and an Apple Watch but a Toshiba laptop. I kept the Toshiba because it had a disk drive. About 3 months ago I decided to see if a refurbished MacBook Pro (with a disk drive) would be in a good price range.I found this on Amazon and, taking a deep breath, I ordered it.It was delivered promptly and securely and when I opened the package the MacBook was in near-pristine condition. All of the keys worked, the sensor pad for the mouse pointer worked, the touch screen worked. It came with the High Sierra operating system (as advertised) and I was able to upgrade to Mojave without an issue.And, of course, the disk drive works perfectly. I am a happy camper.

This is awful. I am so disappointed in the product. When it arrived, I powered it up and everything was in French! I had to guess what I was doing. I was finally able to get to the point I could change it to English, but a lot of it, to include the log in page, is still in French. Not only that, this computer is painfully slow. It’s ridiculous. I would just as soon do something on my phones browser then I would use this laptop. I am sorely disappointed in this product. I guess the price point for a refurbished model was too good to be true.

I was blown away as to how good of a condition the product was, if someone told me it was new I would of believed them. I.never write reviews but I had to on this one. I had seen bad reviews on shipping, it is in a pillow style air case and then in a box. Product came in perfect condition. overall very satisfied with the product. I did not want to spend the money for new. Overall great price and great product.
