Great Laptop, Greater service from Snow Bell

Ordered on 8.17.22 arrived next day!! Was not expecting the lightning fast service. Unfortunately, BSOD right out of the box. I put it up and would come back to it on the 20th. Tried to fire it up a few times and it finally went into repair mode, allowed it to complete and everything seemed ok. Shut it down and came back to it on Sunday the 21st. BSOD again, packed it up and wrote to Snow Bell and within a very short time I had a apology, Shipping Label and a very reasonable solution. Mail it back (2nd day air) and upon receipt a new replacement will be shipped, and it was. Fired up right out of box and is very fast. Just like Snow Bell. I rank their service as 100% top notch. ASUS this was the 1st time you let me down (we have many ASUS PC's, laptops and tablets, for our kids and grandkids) so that brings you down to less than 100% perfect with us. Still pretty darn good. Snow Bell, hats off to you, never seen better service.Thank You very much.

Update *** Arrived and worked awesome for 2 months then won’t boot.

My girlfriend loved the laptop for gaming. I currently own a strix scar 15 with 0 issues so I figured I’d get her a strix as well. Like the title says worked really good out of the box for two months and now it has crashed and will not boot. Waiting to hear back from snowbell. Will update review based on service. Laptop was sent in and repaired. Bad ram was removed, had laptop back for 3 months now with 0 issues 👍👍👍
