Wow, what can I say! Superfast, superb graphics and set up was quick and easy. Windows 11 pro included in the price too!Glad I found this at the ridiculously low price for what it is and the 15.6” screen is adequate for what we needed it for. Screen clarity is exceptional too.

The laptop is pretty alright for its price. The screen size is standard being 15.6 inch, even the overall resolution quality is good though it doesn't support 4K. The battery however may be of a concern to some, it could last for 5 hours max but on the casual use typically it lasts 2 hours. It's very easy to use and the responsiveness is almost instant in terms of the keyboard and touch pad.

The media could not be loaded. This ACEMAGIC computer is quite good. For the price, its performance is very stable and smooth in every aspect. I tried playing games for a while and didn't notice any lag. The manufacturer was also very considerate and included a keyboard case, which is very useful and makes cleaning much easier. The computer's design is also very attractive, and the display is very clear. I love it most when I start up a new computer and use it. The system is very clean, without any pre-installed junk software. I can install what I need, and the computer is the one I chose. The battery was fully charged, and I played games for about 15 minutes, and it was left at 87%, which is not bad, considering the computer is so thin and the battery is only 5000mAh. I usually use it at home, so it is more than enough.

Used.! This has been used before. So not nee. Will not download mircro soft app . Useless. Very disappointing

I was looking for a new laptop, as mine was over 12 years old and very slow. I found this Acemagic AX15. Whilst not having heard of this brand, it looked good, ticked all the boxes for me, and had very favourable reviews. Having compared this to many other laptops, I decided to go for this Acemagic. It was very well pakaged, and easy to set up, following the on screen instructions. However, after setting up and installing outstanding Windows 11 security updates I was unable to log back in. Seeing a Whatsapp Customer Service QR Code on the laptop, I scanned it and submitted details of this issue. Within 24 hrs I received a reply clearly detailing options to try in order to rectify the problem. From this I was able to get the laptop up and running. Despite this early problem, I have to say that this Acemagic is a great laptop and, without hesitation, I would definitely recommend it. And as I have already experienced, their Customer Service is excellent too. If, like me, you have not been aware of this brand, don't overlook it. It is definitely a great brand and I'm sure you will not be disappointed, but pleasantly surprised at the value for money it provides.

Thoroughly impressed with the new laptop. It's well engineered to both look amazing and function with speed and accuracy. It's fast, responsive and the screen quality is perfect. All build into a nice quality sleek looking shell that is solid and stylish. Hard to complain especially when you balance the price factor. Very happy shopper here.
