Q: How do you get I. Touch with the seller ? Within a week the ball has come off the string ?

Well I didn’t bother telling the seller the swing ball was rubbish, we only used it a couple of times and the ball split, that’s the second one we have had and the first one did exactly the same, but I did write a bad review, never again .

Q: Will the pole fit into washing line ground hole?

Hi, I don't think so. It has its own foot plate though which is easy to stick in soft ground.

Q: Replacement ball I can’t seem to find the replacement ball for our swing all,although there are some on there the one I need has a clip on the end
