These help
I started taking PPQ a while ago after reading about the benefits online. I am not going to extol the benefits but I have noticed a difference in the fatigue levels I experience during the day. This is the second brand I have tried. The other brand is good too.I switched to these after using up the other brand. These have been great too and I noticed no 'dip' in effects. These are very clean and easy to take (by clean I mean very few ingredients: rice hulls and the cellulose capsule.) These are slightly smaller and paler than the other brand, but again I am still feeling the benefits. For me, when I buy supplements I want to know WHERE they are made--not just who distributes them. The bottle says who distributes them but when I returned to Amazon I see these are made in the USA (hooray!).Another minimum requirement for me is that supplements are independently tested. I don't see where they are NSF or USP certified but I do see an icon on the product's page which says purity batch tested. I should like that clarified. Who does testing? Again this is not on the bottle (manufactured and tested) and it's a big selling point to me as a user.

Good cellular supplement.
Good energy levels thru the day when taking PQQ, seem to be more focus, and my retention levels is better, better blood flow, it is keeping my immune system healthy and not have to deal with colds, it protects against oxidative stress. It reduces lactic acid and helps with fatigue and tightness in the muscles during strenuous workouts. Very good product I’m glad I got it, Recommend!

A good supplement, but expensive compared with others
About a four months ago, I was offered a free bottle of Wellness Resources PQQ for review via the Amazon Vine Program, and I accepted.I'm new to PQQ, only having first read about it in March, 2020. My only concern with the Wellness Resources PQQ is that it is almost three times more expensive than the PQQ supplement I purchased in March, 2020, for the same exact 20mg dose - and that is a huge price differential. So overall, I'd say this is a good PQQ supplement, but there are other comparable PQQ supplements available at a fraction of the cost.

PQQ - AKA = Methoxatin
Although there have been conflicting opinions as to calling PQQ a vitamin or not,one thing is agreed upon. It is necessary for long-term health. It has a wide range of benefits for the brain and body.> It's considered a novel co-factor, and is active like Vitamin B, promoting cognitive health.> As an antioxidant = protects cells in the body from oxygenated damageand supports the metabolism of energy and healthy ageing.> It's found in soil / food (Kiwi) and human breast milk. What with poor soil - today's food lacking nutrition = it's likely few get adequate PQQWhich of course is my interest in this product.> Dosage - one a day = 20 mgGoogled info - New user suggested 10 to 20 mg per day.Not recommended to take more than 80 mg per day.

Subtle Effects
I find PQQ to be subtle for its intended use, but having read about its intended use, I'm stoked on the prospect of using it daily. From my reading of the research that widely available:(+) Gives you higher energy levels. In fact, I just took some, and I feel it. It's too much of a change in my mental alertness to attribute merely to the placebo effect.(+) Best of all, there is evidence that it could increase your longevity.
