On the richter scale of saltiness, this was MAX'd. 10X+
The appearence was definitely more natural and authentic looking than other brands, to be sure. However, the taste was shockingly salty, if you know what I mean. Nothing subtle or balanced, more like the degree of saltiness was spiked to the max., ...on the order of a salt brine. I did not like it! A natural product, so just my personal opinion. If your recipe calls for a high level of saltiness, this would work well. Also, low moisture retention with minimal clumping and uniform crystal size (small, but NOT ultra fine).

Very nice salt. Not too salty flavor and can feel minerals working on my health :) I add a few crystals in my morning coffee and drinking water. Def helps to retain hydration!!

Great !!! Just the rt size too. I take a few crystals daily with water for the wonderful minerals this salt offers..great for your body .and excellent source of electrolytes balance as well.
