Q: Are these back lit when off?

Hello, it depends, there are four function you can achieve, 1. Lit when device on. 2. Always light on. 3. Lit when device off, and light off when device on. 4. Always light off. As for function '1' and '2', you can refer to the wiring diagram shown in the product description of silver version. If you want to achieve function 3, you need to refer to the wiring method of function 1, just need to connect black wire with white wire instead of connecting black wire with yellow wire. As for function 4, just leave led wires (black & red wires) free.

Q: Do you sell red led switched? if so can you provide a link?

Sorry, currently, we only sell blue led push button switches. If you will also consider other kind of switches, we have different kinds of red led switches, such as: Red led rocker switch (ASIN: B08QR8YGP5); Red led waterproof rocker switch (ASIN: B08QRGWS99); Triple led (red blue green) toggle switch (ASIN: B0998W7K4H); Red led toggle switch with cover (ASIN : B07T6XJF1T). Q: Can you hear the switches latch? Aka, do they make a noticeable "clicking" sound when being pressed or reset?

Yes they make a decent clicking noise but very noticeable from the touch. Can definately feel when fully depressed n switch switches

Q: Do you make a momentary switch like this in the 19mm?

Sorry, we do have 19mm version, but we have not issue the listing yet, we only have 16mm and 22mm yet, maybe we will consider to issue in the future.
