This brace provides great support for the upper back, neck, and shoulder area. The stretchable straps make it comfortable to wear and fit multiple sizes. It is light weight enough to wear under clothes and not be noticeable. The area around the waist is kind of small but overall its a good posture corrector. Really helped me to release some tightness in my traps and shoulders

Based on the reviews, this must really work for some people, but it did nothing for me. I would notice myself slouched at the computer desk; the brace not even giving enough pressure for me to notice and catch myself as I started to slouch. Also, it is not invisible under clothing, unless your top layer is pretty thick. Additional, I had to wear a thin tank top under the brace because it is not comfortable against bare skin.Additional Note: The supplier did offer a refund since I wasn't fully happy with the product, so big Kudos to the supplier for Customer Support.

Instantly took my upper back pain away! The support is excellent and it doesn’t take away a lot of mobility. It’s comfortable and functional for my daily desk work and super easy to put on with how it stretches around you. As long as you position the straps a bit on your shoulders it won’t dig in to you and you are all set!
