Upon opening my knife, I was immediately impressed with the packaging! But nothing could pleasantly surprise me more than the quality of this product! I can’t believe this knife was such a bargain!As I was searching for a sheet of paper to test the sharpness of this beautiful piece of cutlery, all I could seem to find was a long, thin grocery receipt. I held it by one end and swiped the blade, to attempt to make a small slice in the NCR receipt! This incredibly sharp knife sliced through and down the length of the entire strip without any resistance! I wasn’t really expecting it to completely seem to disregard whatever I cut! Best blade ever, as I continued to slice up most of the food I could find!I immediately ordered “cut-proof” gloves and a titanium cutting board!Well balanced, beautiful, and Extremely Sharp!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

That said, there’s room for improvement: I wish it included a protective sleeve so I could take it on the go, and the steel part of the handle could use smoother polishing for a more comfortable grip. I purchased this knife on Prime day. My first cut was through a large bone in chicken breast. Sliced through it with ease. Wonderful balance. I own Henkels knives but this knife put them to shame. Beautiful Damascus blade. I bought the green handle. Well worth the money so far. Just hope it can hold an edge
