Decent copy of the melling, I'm going to hot rod it though
I'm going to take some extra time to disassemble this pump and go through it like I do on the mellings. I file off any casting flashing, port the outputs, and put dimples on the sides of the rotor teeth to create oil lubrication pockets. I'm not sure yet if I'll add some washers to the relief spring to increase the pressure as well. There are some youtube videos on modifying LS oil pumps like this for higher performance.I'm hoping to catch any issues with tolerance/missed machining while I'm going though it, but at first glance it looks just as nice as my melling, although it's a lighter color casting.

Doesn’t fit 2014 GMC Sierra 5.3 l
I have a 2014 GMC sierra 1500. Does NOT fit. Even though it says it does. My 5.3 doesn’t have the two bolts for the pump. Be sure to look at yours before purchase.
