Stopped working.

I bought this to use for facials Used it 1 time tried to use it again and it stopped heating up.A waste of money as it does not work..

Stopped working after first use

Got this for a birthday present but had no cause to use it before yesterday . Extremely hot and maybe a bit unstable but does the job.Switched on this morning and it is no longer working the lights are on but no steam.I am now passed the return date.
