I am a 5 11 (159 lb) women with a chest size of 36 C. The vest fits comfortably with a weight of 12. It is wonderful to use for incline walks. Unable to use for runs since it moves to much on my shoulders.

Bought for wife and 14 yr old son stold it. They fight over who gets to use it often enough that I'd say it's good. Weight and comfort must be good. They use it to run on treadmill.

This is a really nice, well made vest but it was too big for my petite frame. Even adjusted as small as possible it moved around when I walked adding strain to my back and shoulders. Also the design of having thicker weighted material on the sides under my arms caused my arms to rub on it and it was very irritating. I’m 5’2” 105 and will be searching for a vest that is better for a smaller frame. If you are more “normal” size you’ll probably like it!

I love this vest. It's my first weighted vest, and it's perfect. I ordered the 12 LB mainly because I'm a 5'11" woman on a weight loss mission. I've been trying to wear it every day, even if it's only for 20 minutes. Its also a conversation catcher at the gym, but not that much. One of the workers at my gym asked me how much it was and was impressed. I'm so happy with my purchase.

This was a purchase for my partner who enjoys cardio. We decided to incorporate weights into our runs/walks by purchasing a weighted vest. Features I love: there is a pocket on the back of the vest that is perfect for holding a phone. It fits all iphone models including Max pros. I do wish that it had a loop for caribiners or something to hook keys to, but if you have your own, you can work to attach it. Overall 5 stars because it does the job. The material is soft but best to wwear a t-shirt underneath to avoid chaffing when running. Great to use when doing calisthenics as well and the adjustable straps are great for different sizing. should fit most adults and is breast friendly.

Great purchase! I read a lot of reviews prior to buying this weighted vest. I am a mom who was looking for something to wear around the house. This is great! I am highly sensitive to smells. I was able to put this on right away upon arrival. No strong odor like many other vests were reported. The nylon fabric was the way to go for me! Quality product. I do wear it backwards as it was disproportionate on my body. Getting good use out of it that way.
