I like to use the soft side for veggies. The titanium side gets cut marks easily. I have to use paper towel to dry the surface after each use and rinse. Otherwise, the water marks are quite ugly. Don’t know if the antibacterial feature really exists, or lasts. At least I’m not ingesting micro plastics from plastic cutting boards. Wood cutting boards harbor bacteria. Overall it’s a good product.
