I really did not know anything about this stuff till about a month ago, purchased a wand, kind of cool but you need to move it around and keep doing it. With this mask you just put it on your face, and wait it much easier than the wand. My friend has purchase many different items for the red and other color lights, we are going to see how it improves all of our health. Many sites say it takes a few months to really feel a difference, however I have been doing it for a few weeks and looks like things are getting better on my face. Everything that is good does take time.

I’ve been using a pad red light theraphy but was really difficult to use for my face. The wand is good but makes me tired to use. This mask is awesome. Absolutely love this red light therapy for face!!!It actually has 7 different modes rather than just red light mode.I've been using light therapy for my face for quite a while and I can tell you that it really helps although it might not appear right away. You just have to keep using it.I have another one that require me to lay down and wear a eye protector. However, lying down and close my eyes and do nothing for 20mins can be quite boring. This one totally solves this issue. You can do almost anything you want while wearing this light therapy face mask! Can even be brought to travel becuz it is so light and portable and convenient!It covers my face very well! Also, the silicone material makes it so easy to clean.Highly recommend this product!

I finally have my spa light. I get facials once a day and my Esthitician uses a larger one. She actually recommended that I get one that I can use when I don’t get the chance to see her. I love that it has the red and blue light which I’m used to helping with acne. I also like how it portable, and has so many functions. It pretty durable for me so far. I haven’t used all the setting yet, but I see that it has about 7 options for light combinations. I liked that it had a timer so I didn’t have to guess how long I needed to use it.
