RemBatt ResMed Airsense 10 Cpap Battery Pack

I bought the battery pack to get me through a 3 night boat trip with no night-time electricity available to power my ResMed Airsense 10 CPAP. Battery charge only lasted 5 hours when I needed it for 8. A quick call to the manufacturer revealed how to get at least 8 hours by easily changing a setting. Manufacturer's solution solved my problem, boat trip was a big success, and I never did run out of charge so I don't know how long it can last, but more than 10 hours when settings are correct. Thanks for supplying a terrific product that gives me total freedom from electricity to get a great night's sleep!

First, it arrived with a defective charging part for car charging. I contacted the seller who was not of much assistance even though photos were sent. After charging it at home and hoping for a new car charger, I gave the battery a test run. Well, my cpap would light up for one second and shut off. I got the same result after multiple attempts at charging and plugging it back in. I decided to order another brand from Amazon and return this worthless piece of machinery. I had to pay almost $20 in shipping and it's been several weeks and I still have not received my refund. I'm very disappointed in this purchase and I'm hoping I wasn't robbed out of my money as well.

Super great customer service!!! I had issues with a newer battery that had failed after 4-5x of use, these guys stepped up and helped me get replaced so I could use my CPAP machine when boondock camping etc.wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future for my CPAP battery needs.
