I bought it on doctor's advice. The amount of vitamin d , d3 and k2 in it is very good. Feel good ,I loved that it has extra magnesium and zinc, taste is good, value for money,and it is also very nice that it is vegan, thank you.

The IU seems good however on the Other Ingredient list, it says "natural flavor"? it doesn't specify what that natural ingredient is. Also it has a weird taste like chemical, (not sure if that what it is)it does linger in the mouth but is not pleasant. I give some to my children and they hate taking it and well I bear it, but not sure if i will purchase this item again .

Such a big bottle, i love it, great price for the size. I like that it is fruit flavored, easy to use and follow instructions.

I'm persone that is vitamin D deficiencias also have been a bit down in the dumps. A few days after I started using these drops I started sleeping all night and sleeping well. My mood is so much better. To me it tasted awful but that is an easy fix just mix it in juice or a yogurt. Or after drinking eat something or drink something.

Mint flavor is a bit strong but tolerable without mixing it into anything. I like it.

Just received my vitamin D3 K2 I am pleased on the amount for what I paid for and the taste is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely buy from this company again. After two full droppers there was no negative effects. I will update later on other positive effects after product has a chance to get into my system.
