Does this have any kind of warranty to back it up? Most this thickness have a 5 to 7 year warranty

All the companies that say they have a warranty with their product is false. Over the years, I have bought many covers from all the different vendors. When the covers fail and you contact them, they will state certain conditions for types of coverage. The coverage is so far from reality, they never ever ever follow through with a warranty, good luck..........

how do you anchor it to the concrete?

It’s called a cover but it lays/floats on top of the water. Caution do not put it on the grass, in a few minutes it burnt mine and took four weeks of watering to save it. Still not 100% but the bubble pockets amplify the suns rays. Better then 6k gas heater.

Does it work ok with pool sweep hose float under the cover

Yes, there's no problem with the pool swipe operation, as long as the pool swipe is in good condition and working properly. The problem was, I didn't receive a 20 x 40 ft cover. They sent me a 16 x 32 ft cover. I made it work, but I may not use this company any more based on their poor performance.
