I bought this tart cherry juice to mix with magnesium as part of my nighttime routine, and I’m really happy with the purchase. The juice tastes fresh and tart without being overpowering, and it blends well with supplements. I appreciate that tart cherry naturally contains melatonin, which helps support restful sleep. For an Organic Tart cherry juice this is close the half the price I can find locally. It's very tart and almost syrupy. I would have about 1-2 oz a day to ward off gout flareups. Can't say for sure this does the trick, but it's pleasant enough in small doses and as the main selling point, the price is right for me to purchase it regularly if I feel the need for it.

I drink this sometimes as a natural alternative to help me fall asleep. It’s sometimes hard to find in the store, so I really appreciate that Amazon has it and will deliver to my door!

Drink at dinner, little more before bed, helps to sleep

I mix this with a calming bedtime powder and some bubble water as a nice bedtime ritual. It is tart for sure but a couple ounces is all that is needed! Price is good, container fits nicely in my fridge (some juice bottles are too tall and then I have to turn them on their side and they might leak.) Nothing bad about this!
