Check that the rubber gasket inside the joint is placed flat, avoid over-tightening the joint, otherwise the gasket may be squeezed and thus casue leaking issue. Use some Teflon tape (3-5 turns) as a secondary measure to avoid leaks.

Is there water inside the new product?

Please note that all products are subjected to water testing before leaving the factory. It is normal for a few products to have water inside if they were not completely dried during the manufacturing process.
