The title and description indicate that this is a heating and cooling cover, but when I received the package it only mentioned heating. The instructions then list that to use the cooling you have to turn it off. So I assume that by “cooling” they just mean that the material feels cooling when it is off, which is misleading at best. I tried contacting the manufacturer and they swear that it does cooling, but after testing it does not. Feels like the seller is being deliberately misleading. Would not recommend.

Love this!For the ingest time, we used heated blankets to compensate for our heating bill. The blankets were good, but my girlfriend and I would constantly fight over the blanket. One of us would end up stealing it in the middle of the night.This mattress topper is a game changer.It makes everything so cozy when we crawl into bed.The pad is a little firm, but not terrible. I actually quite like it. It takes a few minutes for the water to circulate, but once it does, you'll love it if your someone that is always cold.My only complaint is the location of the eater inlet on the pad. I wish it was either at the head or the bottom of the pad, instead of right on the side next to my pillow. The hoses get very warm, and while it does have a protective sleeve, it can sometimes move away from its position and if you're not careful, you'll touch the hoses while they are hot.Otherwise, I love this pad.

This does not cool the bed it simply warms it. Yes the description says it cools the bed it does not.

This mattress is awesome!! The temperature is controllable (60-140°F) and works great. It is comfortable on both sides and easy to clean. The controls are easy to use and the price is very fair. Don't hesitate - it's worth it.

Had now for two years and will tell you it’s worth every penny. I use it in the summer and keeping cool is not a problem.

I can’t spread the word enough about this product. It keeps me so cool throughout the night and has eliminated my night sweats!! I cannot go back to my sleep routine prior to this.
