How many cups are in the 30 lb bag?

Approximately 120ish... 4 dry cups in 1lb, but obviously it depends on size of kibble. I've never actually measured it out. I now have my reoccurring order through Chewy.com.

Question 4

Are all the nutrients cooked outof the food being that it is kibble?  I have seen that high heat is used to make kibble.
