Quality product.
This botanical is fresh and works great when used as a tea before bedtime to help with sleep issues. It puts me into several REM cycles so much so my dreams have come alive again. Nothing lucid like I get with the supplement ZMA. I wake refreshed and ready to go with no lingering cloudy feeling. I use two tablespoons in the green tea cycle of my digital Mr. Coffee teapot. That’s 175 degrees Fahrenheit.

My first shipment was a wonderful green and worked beautifully. This batch was clearly dead and brown at harvest and is ineffective. I opened the bag past when I could return it or I would have returned it.

Effective for your slowing heart rate, calming you down
You let it seep in 8 oz of hot water for about 10 mins with 1 tsp of this herb. After taking it I feel the effect of calmness with my heart right away.
