I enjoy trying different supplements. My diet isn't always nutritionally balanced so making up for the lack of nutrients with supplements is sometimes the only way I can sort of keep things in balance.These capsules contain several vitamins (biotin, B-12, thiamin, etc) as well as nutrients from 23 different fruits and vegetables - apple, strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, brussels sprouts, carrot, spinach, asparagus, etc. It's quite an impressive ingredients list and one that I feel good about taking.The serving size is only 1 capsule (love that!) and it is recommended to take with a meal.The capsules are easy to swallow due to their smooth outer coating.For those that aren't big fans of a lot of different fruits and veggies, these are a decent alternative. You are still getting the nutrients but don't have to actually TASTE the unappealing flavors. I personally LOVE almost all fruits and veggies but I know I don't eat enough of them. :pI was extremely hesitant to try this supplement. I tried a capsule version from another brand and I ended up with severe diarrhea and bloating after taking it for a few days. So far, I haven't experienced any digestive upsets with these.I do feel like I got a nice little energy boost after taking these. It might be a placebo effect but I still feel good knowing that I am doing a little extra something to provide my body with a few additional vitamins and nutrients that it may be lacking.

The superfood’s plus energy is a supplement that is rich in B1, B2, niacin, B6, folate, B12, biotin, and pantothenic acid. The blend is made of organic fruits and vegetables. I would say for the most part many of them are delicious. However, you do have some stronger flavors that may not be liked by sone. Things like onion, parsley, cabbage, garlic, kale, and asparagus. To be able to take a supplement that has those in it I think is going to be beneficial for those that don’t like those stronger flavors.Only one capsule a day is required. They do recommend you take it with meals. They do not have an unpleasant scent. The capsule is smooth and easy to swallow. The powder is finally ground and an attractive yellow color. It’s easy to swallow and goes down comfortably.Not only are the ingredients important to me, but also the fact that it’s organic. There’s also no soy, artificial colors or GMO products. It seems like this is a consciously blended supplement. While the supplement itself is made in the United States, it does say that it uses select ingredients around the world. Overall it seems like a safe supplement with known ingredients and I would recommend it.

I like how they tell you what source is actually providing the vitamins. The bottle is on the small side, but the price isn't too bad.

It is easy to swallow, even though I struggle sometimes with some capsules. There was no bad taste, and there was no offensive after taste.These are vitamins that I take daily, so having quite a few of them in one capsule is convenient. These do give me good energy during the day. When I don't take them I can tell the difference.Overall, I do like this combination. I think the value is very good considering the quality and ingredients when compared to other similar supplements. This is one that I will get again in the future.

I have been considering a superfood supplement, and I'm happy to have found these. They're small and easy to swallow with no odor, taste or aftertaste. I'm happier knowing that I'm getting some fruit and veggie benefits in my daily routine now. I wish that the bottle provided more than a thirty day supply.
