Plant Grow Light Bulb PAR38, 1325 Lumen, Daylight (5000K), 15.5W, E26 Base, Title 20 Certified, 1-Pack

It is working really well for a variety of my plants so far! Because it has a wide angle, I am able to cover a good number of small to medium sized plants in tiers according to their light needs. I have 3 succulents & an aloe elevated to be 6” directly underneath the bulb, and I have a snake plant, 3 mature orchids, 3 seedling orchids, a pothos, a polka-dot plant, and a peace lily all at different distances/elevations of the light cone, 12” - 20” from the bulb. All of the plants are growing like crazy, even the plants on the outer low-light edges of the light cone. The light has encouraged the dying echeveria to start propagating itself and it has even started to blush red at the tips! I love it!The light itself is a very bright, cool white color and emits almost no heat. I have it plugged into a smart plug set on a 14 hour timer. It’s also pretty heavy, so make sure your light fixture/lamp is able to bear the weight.

These are my favorite grow lights. They put out a bright white light that can function as mutli purpose if needed. My plants appreciate them during the winter and are all going strong. They also fit perfectly into clamp lamps for easy repositioning and focusing of direction.

Four stars right now, but could change depending on how the bulb works over time.Just received the bulb and placed it in a fixture that has a dimmable feature. This is not a dimmable bulb, nor did I want it for that feature. I basically forgot my fixture has a dial vs toggle switch. The light flickers a bit. I will wait to see if it is bothersome. But, wanted others to know what happens when it goes into a dimmable fixture. *Update: for my specific fixture, once the bulb is on, and I assume well heated, the flickering stoped or was not detected.The bulb is much brighter than my BR30 grow bulbs. It is also heavier and feels very solid. The BR30 grow bulb, which appeared very white is yellow compared to this PAR38 bulb. I think my plants will be very happy. I will update the post if there is negative effects.

These bulbs are so nice, and so energy efficient. They also aren't too heavy and don't get too hot. These days, this is my favorite grow lamp, due to the compatibility with adjustable drafting light fixtures and clamp light fixtures, basically any type of fixture that I know of. The low energy usage keeps me in good standing with my fellow residents without having to put my cannabis plants outside in plain sight (legal here so no issue other than appearance and chance of theft/damage). Hope that wasn't TMI, just saying even when it's sunny out I have use for indoor grow lamps.

I received recommendations from a Korean YouTuber who has a passion for plants. I have been using the lamps for a year now, and they are still going well. The plants have thrived. I absolutely love this product.

Not a bad bulb and does what it is supposed to do but white light isn't as bright as I wanted and beam is kind of narrow. For the money the GE par38 was a better bulb in my opinion.
