Clean and Effective Hydration Support
SALTT Hydrate Electrolyte Drops are excellent! I love that they’re unflavored, sugar-free, and gluten-free—perfect for keto and intermittent fasting. Just a few drops in water provides sodium, magnesium, potassium, and trace minerals to help with hydration and energy. They blend in easily without altering the taste, and the large 18.6 fl oz bottle lasts a long time. A high-quality, convenient product that has become a daily essential for me!

Great trace minerals supplement
Been using for some years now and works good. My body cannot retain minerals so I add in all my glasses. I like that it’s not flavored, but I can taste some saltyness (which I like) but it’s not overpowering. All my grands seem to like it also, because they are always wanting to drink my water.

Works but has a after taste
It does the job as far as preventing leg cramps but the taste is off putting, I have to use2x the recommended dosage and usually add 1 recommended dose into a bottle of Soda Stream water thinking that the carbonation makes it easier to ignore the taste. I can't put my finger on it what to call it, maybe earthy or salty but it does have an aftertaste.

Tastes normal, very easy to use, and portable!
I really love these, straight forward and so easy to use! As long as you don't put too much into your drink it is tasteless, tastes just like water when added just to water. Helped me so much when transitioning to a Keto diet and now in my transition to Carnivore, no Keto Flu symptoms! I bought the large and small bottle combo so that I could refill and use the small bottle when traveling, which worked great no leaks!I wanted a second small bottle for my husband to keep at work as he's transitioning to Keto and another large one since mine was starting to run low. However, the new ones aren't working out as well, the product inside is great and the same from what I can tell, but the large bottle's cap came broken and the little bottle's cap doesn't fit right, like the threads are off or different. The older one I have fits great! This new one is hard to screw on and feels like it would leak, I'm hoping I have the only one like this or that they fix this quickly, because it's really a great product!I normally put 10 drops in my water bottle each morning and that's generally enough unless I'm working outside in the sun that day. I refill my water bottle several times each day after that initial fill with the drops, but mostly only need the drops that one time. Hope you can fix your breakage and the small bottle cap's fit soon!

Easy and Tasteless (mostly)
Okay, 'tasteless' is maybe a bit exaggerated.I do two and a half mL into a 0.5 liter water bottle with a sugar free flavoring. I pick a more tart flavor as I feel it masks any saltiness. I usually also keep shaking the water bottle just to make sure there's no settling. The serving size is 5 mL, so I'm able to get one to two servings a day depending on how much water I've consumed. I don't add it to EVERY drink I have in a day as I typically keep it to one serving a day.I did taste it on its own and it is VERY salty. So I'd probably never drink it in flavorless water, but that's just a personal preference.

Keeps Me Fueled, But Too Easy to Overload
This Keto Chow Electrolyte Hydration Drops is like guzzoline for the body — it keeps the engine running clean, balanced, and ready for the Fury Road. The electrolytes hit hard — sodium, magnesium, potassium — everything a warboy needs to stay hydrated and avoid cramping out before battle. On the carnivore diet, where salts run dry fast, this stuff keeps the system charged. But here’s the problem — it’s way too easy to overfuel. A few extra drops, and suddenly it’s like gulping down seawater before a sandstorm. Even in the wasteland, that’s too much. No clear line between “just right” and “overkill,” making it tricky to find the sweet spot. A better delivery rig would make this truly shiny and chrome. It gets the job done, keeps the body primed for war, but with the ease of overdoing it, it falls short of Valhalla. 3 stars. Mediocre, but useful.
