RO-TEL Original No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies, 10 oz

Purchased a few cans of the No Salt Added Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies to make my own low sodium chili. The sauce of the tomatoes and chilies tastes really nice. Not too hot, but spicy enough to enjoy the chili. The diced tomatoes and chilies are just the right size and are nice and soft. The product tastes very fresh and is made with good quality vegetables. Definitely great to add to your chili. I am going to make salsa with it next.

Due to health problems, my Dr recommended that I eliminate as much salt from my diet as possible. So glad I found these Rotel tomatoes with no salt added. They add spice, but not too much, and they are delicious!

Ro-Tel made my life easy this last year. Except for when fixing salads and sandwiches/burgers I didn't have to chop up or catch a single messy escaping tomato seed or squeeze any icky liquid out of the deseeded tomato before I stuck the newly made tomato solid organic waste in the little solid organic waste bucket which eventually finds it way into the the organic waste garbage can( don't be fooled its the grass trimmings and leaves can) and for which we are charged more because it is after all the solid organic waste can.My punishment for this convenience was great tasting spicy chopped tomatoes in juices that improves anything I put it in.But the sodium level is high.....which makes my dr frown. ( I have high blood pressure.) so Ro-Tel has provided me with their no salt added version. I must admit is a bit...less spactacular. But it is good , it does work. And I don't have to deal squeezing the water out of the seedy tomato icky gunk very often! I am grateful!

So if your looking for a good price for Rotel. This is a good buy. I like the heat level of this one alot and not too salty compared to some. Cans came without dents even though they were shipped pretty loosely in a box. Rotel's quality as good and we use it in a variety to dishes. So it is versatile.

I only ordered this because needed something to add on. I really like this combination of tomatoes and cilantro. I can always use an extra can.

Exact match to the original, just without the salt. Add salt to your needs or taste and it’s the same (just low sodium for those that need/want it). One of the better low salt replacements. A little pricier, but worth the trade off if you are able.
